About Chef Le Hung

Chef Le Hung graduated from the Scottsdale culinary Institute. After culinary school he completed his externship in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In Jackson Hole, Heather Thomas of TV's "The Fall Guy" asked Chef Hung to cater several parties and thereby launched his catering business. He has since worked as a chef in restaurants and private clubs across the country and helped launch catering businesses in North Carolina and Arizona. Chef Hung founded Gold Star Catering to offer Mesa Catering with his personal touch. Chef Hung lives with his family in Mesa, Arizona.

Chef Hung will work with you to make sure that the menu and experience is customized to your occasion. He has experience with a wide variety of cuisines and themes.
